sizes across patterns – yanaka jacket / easton cowl neck tee

If size 18 D-cup in the yanaka jacket fits very well with no alterations, should I choose XL D-cup or XXL D-cup for the Easton Cowl Tee? I plan to use a lightweight jersey (about 50% stretch both ways) of cotton/bamboo/lycra blend. Thanks!
