Seam allowance

Hi please forgive me but I'm a beginner and I've just found the Oliver bucket hat pattern. Can someone tell me if the seam allowances are included in the pattern pieces or do I have to allow an extra 1/4 or 1/2 inch on top of the printed pieces please. Many thanks.😊
