Am now moving on to the popover sundress. One very basic question - does the pattern include seam allowance? I have measured the size of the dress pattern (size 4), and it comes to (nearly) exactly like the garment measurements on the first page.
Should I factor in seam allowance prior to cutting the fabric?
Please help - am staring at my piece of fabric not knowing what to do.
