Sailor Collar Question

I'm tackling the sailor dress featured in the book and am having trouble figuring out how to combine the sailor collar, internal facing and the keyhole closure. The instructions in the book for the internal facing and the sailor collar use the button placket, and not internal facing. Anyone know how to put the facing and the keyhole closure together with the sailor collar?
