I have a question on the length of this dress vs. finished measurements listed on the chart in the pattern.
size 5 says 23 1/2". When I measure the pattern piece, I estimate finished length to be about 25 1/4". Is the chart contained on the pattern incorrect?
I'm glad I double checked the length on my daughter before I cut.
Has anyone else noticed this?
