The pattern sizing for several of the Girls' size 12 patterns I considered is 33", which is exactly the measurement I need. Unfortunately I didn't look closely when purchasing the Hopscotch pattern and the chest size for size 12 knit dress only measures 31.5". How do I adjust the pattern so that it fits the next size up, please?
