Placket size for view B shirt

I am having trouble with the length of the packet on the 0-3 month size shirt. I ended up cutting another front piece and taking almost two inches off the packet. Did I miss something? Thankful I had extra fabric! I'm in love with this pattern, the pants are a fun, quick sew!
