Placket piece missing from Classic Shirt?

I'm making the Liesl & Co classic shirt. The pattern pieces provide one sleeve placket piece (number 9), but the directions on page 12, "Making the Sleeve Placket," show that there are two pieces for the sleeve placket. Where/how do I get the one on the right? I have the one on the left (pattern piece 9).
