Pattern size – height

I just purchased 3 of your patterns and can’t wait to start sewing, the instructions are really thourough and well thought out. I am sure the info is somewhere to be found, I just have not managed to: Which height are the patterns made for? I am quite tall and allways neeed to adjust, it is only a matter of how much.
