I've found some of the OOP patterns at Banberry Place, an online fabric store. www.banberryplace.com They also have some great knit prints and imported European fabrics.
Hancock's of Paducah has the Cape Ann Fabrics on sale for 1/2 off. Fabric is sold on the website in .5 yard increments, sale fabrics have a 1 yard minimum.
