I have never made bias tape before and I have a question. The instructions for the messenger bag call for 1/2" homemade bias tape. I purchased a 1/2" bias tape maker, but do I really need a 1" bias tape maker? Is it supposed to have 1/2" folded bias tape? I am a little confused and any help that anyone could give me would be appreciated! Thanks!
