leotard for tween

Hi, hope everyone is doing well today. I'm searching for a great pattern for a tween girl's ballet leotard, preferably camisole straps and low u-back. My daughter is a dancer and small for her age, and she struggles to find comfortable dance wear. Being really, really, really picky in this area doesn't help her. :-) I'm not worried about finding decent knit/lycra fabrics, but a pattern is elusive. Everything I'm finding is either sized for adult or toddler. She is 10 and can't even fit an Adult XS. Anyone have any good resources for sewing dance wear?
