Is someone in Australia willing to trade?

I'm trying to get a copy of Kerstin Martinssen's Kwik Sew Book of Swim and Activewear, which is out of stock. There is an Australian Website which has the book for 28.99 AUS and 5.00 shipping but they will not ship to the U.S. I am more than willing to send in return for the book and shipping Oliver and S patterns, Lisette patterns and/or fabric to someone in Australia who is willing to get the book and ship it to me in the US. I have some duplicate oliver and S print patterns, the lisette dress pattern that the cappuccino dress is based on along with the Lisette fabric that it was made of that I would be willing to trade for. I've been asked to make a twirling costume for a friend's daughter and research says this is one of the better books to learn from. Many thanks for the consideration! Kate
