international orders

Hello, This may be a administrative question but here goes. I want to order a paper pattern using a Indian credit card, (so have an international address for billing), but want it shipped within United States. When I try to do that the postage options I get are only for international orders. How do I circumvent that? Some help please! I want to make use of the current sale going on. Thanks, Asmita
