I'm onto my second sketchbook shirt this time a long sleeved size 8 (for future use and the 6th birthday in two weeks. I have hemmed both as per the instructions but somehow at the button bands, it comes out not quite right (not to mention gets stuck under the sewing machine foot) because of the bulkiness.
I'm just wondering if the way the hem is finished at the button bands on the Music class shirt would work on this shirt also?
