Has anyone paired the B6183 top with the Everyday Skirt?

Hello Fellow Sewists, I have made two everyday skirts and I love them because they are so easy to sew and wear! I'm not often a fan of elastic waists but this one is so cleverly done and looks great. Now I want to make a new outfit and am considering pairing the skirt with the princess-seamed Lisette top B6183. The skirt will be a print and I'm thinking about a solid linen for the top. My only hesitation is whether the silhouettes of the top and skirt will work well together. I am not really a fan of tucking in tops (as Liesl showed with this top in a blog post). So do you think it will work just as it is shown in the original pattern, over the top of the everyday skirt?
