Fixing small hole in jersey knit??

I did something stupid and now have a very very small hole in a somewhat obvious place in a jersey knit dress. It's quite small, just one stitch worth but it is there :( What do I do? Put interfacing on the back? Something else? Try to come up with a patch to put there? Thanks
