Fit on Music Class Blouse

I'm just wondering how the fit is for the Music Class blouse. My daughter is on the borderline for the size 12. (B: 30", W: 25.5", H: 31"). If it's a looser fitting shirt, I'll go with the size 12. If it is more fitted I'll adjust the pattern accordingly. Thanks!
