I'm making a junior bridesmaid dress and bow tie soon and am currently sourcing fabric swatches. I need to match a periwinkle (Pantone 15-3919). Tell me your go-to fabric stores, please! I've already done mood and farmhouse fabrics but still feel like I haven't found "the one" yet.
