Cuffs flaring out?

Hello, Does anyone have any idea why the cuffs on this all day shirt sleeve are flaring out? I've double checked that the interfaced cuff is facing the outside. Did I stretch the facing too much? Is there anything I can do other than recut some cuffs and facings and redo it? Suggestions welcome! Thanks, Kathy
