Button Placket

Hello! I've finally traced off my classic shirt pattern. I've discovered that I've already previously cut out the button planet and lost it... v annoyed with myself. Is it possible for me to use the placket from the recital blouse? I'd prefer to avoid buying another copy of the pattern.
