I'm wondering when it is that we are supposed to remove the basting that was used to create the center-back pleat. I read through the last section of instructions and couldn't find any information on this, but I could have very easily missed this somewhere. I would assume that this could be one of the last things done after hemming the jacket (and that you'd just use a seam ripper to do this), but since I've never sewn anything like this before I wanted to be sure. Thanks!
