Adjusting for a high round back

I’m planning to make the breezy blouse but am cautious about how a high round back adjustment will affect the keyhole opening in the centre back. In the past I’ve made a centre back seam or a yoke to accomodate the adjustment on tops and shirts. I’d prefer not to have too many back seams on this delightful design but not sure what to do. Advice welcome! Annie
