A mail question

I live in Canada. Postage for patterns is fairly costly . I want to order the 2 new patterns, the vest and polo neck top with the special discount till Sept 29. All good. I’d also like to order another printed pattern, not included in the new pattern discount. Can I order 3 patterns and have them mailed together to me for 1, not 2 shipping (US MAIL) fees?
