a c-thru metric ruler… seems to be elusive in the USA!

Hello, to all those to whom metric is the norm! I'm going nuts trying to find a metric ruler for my pattern alterations. I'm exhausted of the conversion of fractions to decimals and back again, and I'd like to just find a lovely metric c-thru ruler. However, I'm stumped as to where to find one. I'm hoping the lovely Oliver & S groupies that are metric-users can point me somewhere… The gold in the uSA is the c-thru ruler (usually and 18 x 2) that is a graph of horizontal and vertical lines (1/8 inch apart). My internet searches veer me towards USA stores, which of course, don't sell this! I need an international-shipping site that sells pattern-making rulers. Whew.
