    Ah, I see we have a Limerick newbie who’s not familiar with the form. Here’s a sciencey example:

    There once was a young lady named bright
    Whose speed was much faster than light
    She set out one day
    In a relative way
    And returned on the previous night.

    So ours above should go:

    I have so many patterns already
    To make clothes for Janie and Freddie
    I ought to get started
    But I can’t bear to be parted
    From Teddy who’s crying so steady.

    Got it? On to the next one, and shall we agree to keep them suitable for all audiences? More of a challenge, that way.
