Sleeves too short?

    Hi, has anyone had trouble with the sleeves (view C) being too short? They seem to finish about 3″ short of the hem of the t shirt. Not sure where I am going wrong here.

    I have to lengthen the sleeves on this one, but my kids are tall for their age. When I made my son one without, it ended up being more of a 3/4 sleeve.
