I just made my first pair of layette pants in a size 0-3 months. The legs seems super short. Is this correct? Has anyone been adding to the inseam. The crotch length is PLENTY long, in fact I removed a little bit of it as it will be for a baby in disposable diapers.

It is perfect, my 4 month old still fits in them.

OMGosh! The clothes are cute but your baby is adorable!! My ovaries just ache.

Isn’t she darling? The proportions are really so different on babies. I thought the same thing about the long rise but then I remembered how differently babies move, you don’t want little bellies getting chilled when all that kicking tugs downs low-rise pants.

Thank you @DawnRodriguez and @Sarvi, she wore the pants yesterday.
